Achieve Center offers mental health and learning services for children, adults and families impacted by learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, memory problems, chronic illness and physical disabilities. When individuals become emotionally distressed or experience learning problems, our specialists will:
Perform neuropsychological assessments and learning disability evaluations
Teach strategies to acquire new behaviors, social and life skills and enhance cognitive and learning ability
Help individuals believe in their abilities, develop a positive self-concept, and overcome anxiety and depressed mood
Provide individual, marriage and family therapy and help families learn coping strategies related to the behaviors and needs of their loved one
We perform assessments on children as young as 3 months old. Parenting workshops are available to help parents with ADHD children and other behavioral challenges.
Services are provided by Neuropsychologists and Psychotherapists specially trained in treating children and adults. For an individual needing assessment, a comprehensive evaluation includes testing tailored to the person, feedback sessions and written recommendations as part of a treatment plan.
Treatment is strength-based and reflects the outcome of the assessment and the individualized plan developed in collaboration with the client and the client’s family, as appropriate. Individual therapy is offered along with group therapy aimed at improving skills in social awareness and emotional management

The Achieve Center accepts most private and public insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid and Badgercare. We offer a discounted fee schedule and payment plans for individuals needing financial assistance.
Achieve Center, Inc. is an affordable mental health clinic licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services. We are a nonprofit organization, and accept tax deductible donations.
