Good Afternoon Achieve Family! Today, Tuesday August 18, 2020, we are implementing a new phone system.
There will not be any changes in the phone numbers. The only change you will hear is that there will be an automated system answering the calls to help better direct you to the Appointment desk or to billing; this will be to help cut down on transfers.
As we get comfortable with the new phones there may be transferring errors or disconnecting calls in error, we apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience this may cause.
